2. 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to adore your botanical rituals. If you change your mind, you may return eligible unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Cosmetic & Personal Care Hygiene Rule:
Due to the intimate personal nature of bath and skincare products, items that have been unsealed, opened, sampled, or removed from their protective tamper-evident film cannot be returned or refunded under UK hygiene regulations unless defective.
Eligible sealed items must be returned within 14 days of authorization to our returns facility:

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
While we take utmost care packaging fragile bath fizzers and glass bottles, in the rare event an item arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Take a clear photograph of the damaged product and outer postal box.
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- We will immediately arrange a priority replacement or full refund.
